The terms that apply when you browse Talred services or use any product, preview, demo, or open-source resource presented here.
Scope of these terms
These terms cover the Talred public site and the Talred project ecosystem presented through it: Talred PHP packages, Talred Identity, API-client and Nuxt integration packages, the public Talred Starter repository and its sample projects, apps, examples and documentation, and products and demos such as Job Tracker. The Talred Starter code is offered under the Apache License 2.0; use and distribution of that code are governed by that license and any third-party notices included with it. These terms apply to Talred-operated online services. A Starter copy that you download, modify, or run yourself is operated under your own setup and is not a Talred-operated demo. By accessing or using Talred-operated services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use those services.
Product previews and access
The Talred public website and source projects may be publicly available. Interactive product previews and demos, including Job Tracker, are for evaluation and informational purposes; they are not recruitment or employment services, and no production availability, service-level, or support commitment is made. Sign-in is limited to temporary demo accounts. Each demo account expires no later than 60 minutes after it is created. Signing out immediately revokes its Identity tokens and starts deletion of the Identity account and server-side demo data. Identity sends signed cleanup requests only to connected product endpoints configured to receive deletion requests. Identity removes the account after those configured endpoints acknowledge; it cannot confirm deletion for product data without a suitable endpoint. Requests are retried automatically, but exhausted or unavailable deliveries may need operator action, so deletion in connected products can be delayed. Do not use a demo as storage or enter real, confidential, sensitive, payment, or production information. Use fictitious sample data.
Acceptable use
You may explore Talred previews and demonstrations for lawful evaluation. You must not disrupt their operation, bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, access another person's data, introduce malicious code, submit unlawful material, or use automated traffic that degrades the experience for others. You are responsible for the information you submit and must have the right to submit it.
Content and intellectual property
Unless a separate licence says otherwise, Talred services' design, writing, visuals, and original code remain the property of their respective owner. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or present them as your own. Open-source packages are governed by the licence included with each repository or package. Content you submit remains yours, and you grant the limited permission needed to process it for the feature you request.
Third-party services
Talred services may link to repositories, package registries, hosted demos, or other third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and policies. A link or integration does not guarantee or endorse their availability, security, or content.
Job Tracker and third-party job listings
Job Tracker is a demonstration and informational tool. Its job advertisements are retrieved from the Adzuna API; Adzuna and the advertisers supply or control that listing content. Talred does not create, independently verify, endorse, or guarantee any listing's accuracy, currency, availability, employer, salary, working conditions, application process, or destination link. Check the original advertisement with the advertiser before relying on it or applying. Talred is not a recruiter, employer, or party to an employment arrangement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talred is not responsible for third-party listing content or external sites. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Availability and warranties
Talred previews and demonstrations are provided on an as-is and as-available basis for evaluation and informational purposes. No guarantee is made that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. They are not production-ready services or professional advice. Generated suggestions, sample outputs, and technical examples should be independently reviewed and tested before you rely on them.
Responsibility and liability
You are responsible for how you use Talred services and any output they produce. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Talred services owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from their use or unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
